Orders can be cancelled at no charge before shipment. After shipment, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products must be returned unopened and in original condition.

If you wish to return an order after it has shipped, you may do so within 7 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund. Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition. We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly, including replacement or refund at our discretion.
